A Landmark Protection security officer or receptionist is often the first person an employee, tenant or visitor meets upon entering any of our Client's office buildings, manufacturing, R&D, warehouse, or corporate campus facilities. Recruiting
An important edge for Landmark Protection is our innovative Community Based Recruiting Model. We don't rely on passive classified ads to attract candidates. Instead, we have developed an extensive local network of recruiting contacts and resources that differentiates us from large national competitors.

Screening
Prior to setting foot on a customer's premises, our security officers will have undergone the most thorough pre-employment selection process in the industry. Landmark Protection physically sends every applicant to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department to qualify the applicant through LiveScan digital fingerprinting, for FBI and California Department of Justice security screening. Standard screening tools and procedures are continually revised to take advantage of the latest technology and the evolving access to on-line databases.

Training
Pre-assignment training and orientation are comprised of classroom instructions, a series of professional videotapes and basic security training modules, written tests, and interactive individual instruction is conducted at our home office. A Landmark Protection Training Manager will be assigned to your account to administer customized on-site training. On-site training is developed with your company to address your specific facility and work environment needs. In addition, bi-weekly training tropics are administered and reinforced during on-site field inspections of all security personnel on an ongoing basis.

Supervision
We perform a high degree of quality hands-on interaction with our employees. Our local office is proactive, innovative and responsive in our approach to daily operations, with a constant focus toward delivering superior value in the field. Our management emphasis is oriented toward field operations and most of our time is spent managing from the field and providing hands-on leadership.

Client Relations
We are flexible and responsive. Landmark Protection's management and on-site team work closely with our clients' facilities organization to ensure clear communication and skillful implementation of every operational initiative. We frequently participate in weekly facility department staff meetings to report results, recommend solutions, solicit feedback, and actively seek to expand the service provided that can add value. Additionally, we work with you to develop management reports, billing statements, and other tailor-made features quickly and without the red tape.
