Dan Miranda is the President and CEO of Landmark Protection and founded the company in 1997. He has over a decade of operational experience in the security industry. He has achieved the designation of Certified Protection Professional (CPP), by The Professional Certification Board of the American Society for Industrial Security in 1998. Prior to founding Landmark Protection, Miranda was the COO at a national outsourcing firm and Group Vice President at a large national company that provides security officer and investigative services. He also held various management positions at three different business units in The General Electric Company in the mid-1980’s. Dan Miranda earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, and an MBA from Harvard University.

Arlene Cahill joined Landmark Protection in 1998 and leads the recruiting, hiring and training of our staff. She is intimately involved in the start-up phase of every account, making sure that Landmark Protection associates assigned at a particular location are a good fit in terms of skill level and temperament. Arlene develops and partners with recruiting sources in the communities from which we hire and drives Landmark Protection's recruiting strategy which is critical to our success. Prior to joining Landmark Protection in 1998, Arlene was the Staffing Manager for a national company in the temporary staffing and executive recruiting industry for over three years. Arlene is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a B.S. degree in Legal Management.

Jonathan Cholula, Manager of Operations, joined Landmark Protection in 2006 and has vast experience in both the security and staffing industries. Jonathan works to ensure that the quality of our field operations and customer service is leading edge and capable of supporting our rapid growth rate in Northern California. Jonathan's initial focus will be on working with the Security Supervisor and client representatives at your account to improve the way we execute our duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. Improving the manner in which we schedule, train, and inspect the performance of all employees will be critical to this effort. Prior to joining Landmark Protection, Jonathan was an Asset Protection Specialist for one of the major merchandising firms in the country. Jonathan graduated from San Jose State University, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Justice Studies.

In addition... our strong local office support teams have extensive security and human resource experience. Designated Operations Managers, Account and Site Supervisors, familiar with individual accounts are always available 24 hours a day to handle emergency situations or unplanned staffing issues. They work as team behind the scenes to ensure that our on-site security personnel are seamlessly integrated with our clients overall facilities management, safety and security programs.
