This includes taking a pre-employment drug test at a independent laboratory with results subject to review by a Medical Review Officer, and submitting to digital finger print scanning at the County Sheriff's Offices, enabling Landmark Protection access to applicant criminal history information provided directly from the California Department of Justice as authorized under Section 11105.4 of the California Penal Code.
